A freelancer's workspace: clients, projects, hours and shareable pages in one place
Freelancers can track clients in a Databases collection, projects on a Kanban board, hours in a Timesheets panel and deadlines on a calendar, then send a client a read-only page link with an optional password and expiry. It all sits on one dashboard, and the personal workspace is free.
Solo client work needs a small CRM, a board per engagement, a record of hours and a way to show clients progress without giving them a login. Those are four tools unless you put them on one screen.
What you would use
| Part of Workspaces | How it helps |
|---|---|
| Databases | Build a client tracker with status, deal value and follow-up date properties; view it as a table or a board. |
| Kanban panel | Run each engagement as a board of real issues from Flocci Projects. |
| Timesheets | Log hours against projects in the Timesheets panel. |
| Pages with share links | Publish a status page or proposal as a read-only link with an optional password and expiry. |
| Calendar and Meet | Schedule client calls with guests and a video-meeting link, or start a quick room. |
Where you will want more
- No invoicing or payments.
- No third-party integrations such as Slack or accounting tools.
- Client-facing links are read-only; clients cannot comment on shared pages.
Frequently asked questions
Can clients see my workspace?
Only what you publish. A public share link shows one page read-only; the workspace itself needs an invited account.
Does it do invoices?
No. There is no invoicing in Workspaces.
