What is an all-in-one productivity dashboard?
An all-in-one productivity dashboard is a single screen that holds the tools you plan your work with, such as a calendar, kanban board, notes, documents and timers, as resizable panels you arrange yourself. Flocci Workspaces is one: a drag-and-drop canvas that updates in realtime, with a free personal workspace.
More detail
The idea is to cut tab-switching between planning and doing. Instead of a calendar in one app, boards in another and notes in a third, each lives in a panel on the same canvas, and you size the panels to match how you work.
In Flocci Workspaces the panels are Kanban, Calendar, Pages, Databases, Notes, Meet, Draw, Timesheets, Timetable and a My Day agenda. A floating Pomodoro timer and a Cmd+K palette sit on top.
The trade-off is depth. A dashboard of panels will not match a dedicated tool in its own specialty; the gain is having them together.
Frequently asked questions
Is a dashboard the same as a project management tool?
No. A dashboard arranges several tools on one screen. A project management tool goes deep on tasks, sprints and reporting. Workspaces' Kanban panel is backed by Flocci Projects when you need that depth.
Can I use a dashboard on a team?
Yes. Workspaces supports multiple workspaces with invited members and role-based access, with changes syncing in realtime.
