About Microsoft Loop
Microsoft Loop is a page-and-workspace canvas built around portable components that sync across Microsoft 365 apps. Microsoft's support page says the Loop apps for iOS, Android and the web are available to anyone with a personal Microsoft account, that Copilot features in Loop require a Copilot plan, and that Loop workspaces count toward Microsoft storage quota since 25 June 2024.
Where Microsoft Loop wins
Loop wins inside the Microsoft 365 world: components that live in Teams, Outlook and Word and stay in sync, tight tenant security, and Copilot integration for organisations that license it. If your company already runs on Microsoft 365, Loop is the natural fit.
Where Flocci Workspaces fits
Workspaces is a self-contained dashboard that does not require a Microsoft tenant, with calendar, kanban, notes, databases and meetings as first-class panels.
