MD Afsar Hussain
One architect. One shared foundation. Eighty-plus products. Flocci Workspaces turns that same conviction on your team’s day — kanban, Notion-style pages, typed databases and LiveKit video folded onto a single 12-column real-time canvas, so the dozen tabs you keep open just to track your own work finally collapse into one screen.
Why Flocci Workspaces exists
MD Afsar Hussain’s core thesis is that scattered tools are a tax you pay a hundred times a day — every tab-switch a half-second of reorientation, with you as the human glue holding ten disconnected apps together. A decade inside SAP’s enterprise suites, where dozens of modules share one data core and one permission model, taught him the fix is architectural, not a matter of discipline. Workspaces is that lesson at team scale: kanban, calendar, sticky notes, Notion-style block Pages, typed Databases and LiveKit video on one 12-column canvas that shares one live state. It deliberately ships the two primitives most all-in-ones skip — real block documents and queryable typed databases — because those are precisely the surfaces you’d otherwise open another tab for.
From SAP's enterprise core to 80+ products
A B.Tech from BIT Mesra and an M.Tech from BITS Pilani set the foundation for more than ten years as a senior engineer at SAP Labs India — SAP BusinessObjects Cloud, a petabyte-scale data infrastructure, and SAP Cloud ALM used by millions across 100+ countries. Then MD Afsar Hussain left to prove one architect could build an entire ecosystem on a single shared foundation: ERP, POS, HRMS, D2C, work apps and AI — every vertical launching in weeks, not years.
Enterprise bones under a friendly canvas
The SAP habits didn’t get left behind — they got scaled down without being watered down. Beneath the drag-and-drop surface, Workspaces runs a 30-model schema over PostgreSQL, roughly 110 endpoints, a five-tier Owner/Admin/Editor/Viewer/Member role model and RS256-verified shared identity — the graduated-permission, real-time discipline of a system built for a hundred countries, aimed now at a five-person team. Its “My Day” agenda even federates tasks, notes and events from the wider Flocci estate into one live view — the interconnected-ecosystem idea he left SAP to prove, shrunk to fit your Tuesday. The same instinct explains the one capability Workspaces hasn’t switched on: a fully-built intelligence layer — a burnout scorer, a team-health grader — that already sits in the codebase, engine written first and left idling until it’s time to wake it.
