- AI auto-scheduling (AI burnout and workload scoring is announced as coming soon, not shipped)

Pricing
The personal workspace is free. Flocci runs one shared credit wallet across its apps, managed at account.flocci.in; Workspaces has no payment flow of its own and spends from that wallet. No per-seat team price for Workspaces is published on the Workspaces site, so none is quoted here.

What can I put on the dashboard?
Panels for Kanban, Calendar, Pages, Databases, Notes, Meet, Draw, Timesheets, Timetable and a My Day agenda. Drag them, resize them from any edge or corner and add as many as you need. A floating Pomodoro timer and a Cmd+K command palette sit on top.
How is it different from Notion or ClickUp?
Workspaces is organised around a visual dashboard of panels rather than a page tree or a task hierarchy, and it connects to the wider Flocci suite: the Kanban panel shows your Flocci Projects boards and My Day merges agendas across Flocci apps. Notion has deeper docs and templates; ClickUp has far more task-management depth. See the comparison pages for details.
Does Flocci Workspaces update in realtime?
Yes. Pages, boards and agendas sync over a realtime connection, so changes from another device or teammate appear without a refresh. In-app notifications are live too. Email notifications are not available yet.
Is there a mobile app?
Not a native one. Flocci Workspaces is a web app that runs in the browser on desktop and phone. We do not offer native iOS or Android apps for Workspaces today.
Can I share a page with someone who has no account?
Yes. Pages can be published as a public read-only link, optionally protected by a password and an expiry date. Meeting invites also include a guest link, so people without an account can join a live meeting.
